1 Scope
This standard specifies the test conditions, test procedures, parameter calculations, and light transmission properties of the translucent performance test of the crystalline silicon photovoltaic module cover glass.
Evaluation rating and test report.
This standard is applicable to cover glass for crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules. Other glass for photovoltaic modules can also refer to this standard.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Photovoltaic transmittance photovoltaictransmittance
The direct transmittance of sunlight in the response range of the crystalline silicon photovoltaic cell in the range of 380 nm to 1100 nm.
2.2
Photovoltaic characteristic transmittance
The direct transmittance of sunlight in a specific wavelength range of 500 nm to 900 nm with a high spectral response in a crystalline silicon photovoltaic cell.
3 test conditions
3.1 Instrument
3.1.1 The instrument shall contain the following parts.
--- Stable light source system;
--- Monochromator;
--- A system capable of producing parallel light of the same wavelength and intensity;
---Photodetector;
---Integral ball.
3.1.2 The wavelength range of the instrument should include 380nm~1100nm.
3.1.3 The wavelength accuracy of the instrument does not exceed 1 nm.
3.1.4 The photometric accuracy of the instrument should not exceed 1%, and the repeatability should not exceed 0.5%.
3.1.5 The angle between the optical axis of the illumination beam and the normal of the sample surface does not exceed 10°, and the angle between any light in the illumination beam and the optical axis does not exceed
3°. The spot that strikes the surface of the sample should cover more than 10 micropattern cycles.
3.1.6 It is advisable to use an integrating sphere of not less than 150 mm. The sum of the areas of the opening of the integrating sphere should be less than 4% of the internal surface area of the integrating sphere.
3.1.7 The distance between the sample and the integrating sphere entrance is not more than 2mm.
3.2 Test environment
The test temperature should be in the range of 18 ° C ~ 28 ° C, the relative humidity should be less than 70%, should be away from vibration. Sample conditioning time before test

3.3 Sample
Test the product as a sample or a sample of 300mm×300mm with the same raw materials and the same process conditions as the product.
