Access network equipment test method EPON system interoperability
1 Scope
This standard specifies Ethernet-based passive optical networks [EPON1] with transmission rates of Gigabit (1G) and 10G (10G).
Unified interoperability testing methods, including EPON basic function interoperability, service bearer related function interoperability, operation management and maintenance functions
General test method.
1) In this standard, 1G/1G-EPON is called 1G-EPON; 10G/1G-EPON and 10G/10G-EPON are collectively called 10G-EPON, 1G-EPON
And 10G-EPON are collectively referred to as EPON.
This standard applies to EPON equipment in FTTH/FTTO scenarios. EPON equipment in the FTTB scenario can also be used for reference.
