1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, lifting transportation and storage of the secondary substations of smart substations.
This standard applies to the design, production, and production of secondary cabins (hereinafter referred to as secondary compartments) for 110(66)kV~750kV smart substations in power systems.
