1 Scope
This standard specifies the virtual terminal interface specification for smart substation relay protection and safety automation devices, the physical interface specification for the process layer, and the pressure plate
Configuration, process layer secondary loop modeling, requirements for related equipment, project configuration files.
This standard is applicable to various relay protection and safety automatic devices of 110kV (66kV) and above voltage classes in smart substations.
The device is referred to as "device" below and is referenced to a device with a voltage rating of 110 kV (66 kV) or less.
