1 Scope
This standard specifies a ball-shaped piezoelectric material made of spherical spherical ultrasonic transducer (hereinafter referred to as spherical focus ultrasonic transducer)
Electro - acoustic characteristics and their measurement methods.
This standard applies to the operating frequency range of 1.0MHz ~ 15MHz.
This standard does not apply to focus converters for focusing transducer arrays and acoustic lenses.
