1 Scope
This document specifies the main parts of the main assemblies and systems involved in
repair, replacement and return warranty of household automobile products (hereinafter
referred to as "automobile products"), the types and scope of easily worn parts, and the
content of the guarantees certificate in repair, replacement and return warranty of
automobile.
This document is applicable to the relevant activities of the producers, sellers, and
repairers of automobile products to fulfill the responsibility of repair, replacement and
return warranty of automobile products.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1 repair, replacement and return warranty of automobile
< Automobile> Manufacturers, sellers and repairers of automobile products are
responsible for the repair, replacement and return of automobile products due to quality
problems of automobile products during the quality assurance period.
NOTE: The quality guarantee period includes the warranty period, the validity period of the repair,
replacement and return warranty of automobile and the quality guarantee period of the easily worn
parts.
3.2 assembly
< Automobile> A component of an automobile that is assembled from several parts,
assemblies or accessories and has independent functions.
NOTE: The assembly mainly includes the engine, transmission, power battery, driving motor and
so on.
- Product information: Include product brand, model, vehicle type, and production
date. Among them, the vehicle type shall be filled in passenger car or pickup truck.
The determination of the type of passenger car refers to GB/T 3730.1-2001. The
type of pickup truck is determined with reference to the light utility vehicle in GA
802-2019.
- Producer and seller information: Include name, address, zip code, customer service
number.
- Repairer information, repairer network information query method: Shall include at
least name, address, zip code, customer service number. Additional information
can be listed according to the repairer's network distribution, quantity and so on.
- Delivery information: Include the date the vehicle is invoiced and the date the
vehicle is delivered.
- Clauses about repair, replacement and return warranty of automobile: Include the
warranty period, the validity period of repair, replacement and return warranty of
automobile, the compensation coefficient for the use of the returned car and the
calculation formula. If there are other repair, replacement and return warranty of
automobile, it shall be listed.
- The range of types of main parts for major assemblies and systems.
- The range of types and quality assurance period of easily worn parts.
- The range of types of special parts that need to be customized according to the
vehicle identification number.
- For pure electric, plug-in hybrid vehicle products, it is necessary to list the capacity
attenuation limit of its power battery (see Table A.5). Ampere-hour (Ah) or watt-
hour (Wh) shall be clearly used to judge the capacity of the power battery. The
time node of the capacity attenuation limit shall at least include the validity period
of repair, replacement and return warranty of automobile products and the
warranty period of automobile products. If there are other period capacity decay
limits, they can be listed.
- For parallel imported cars with repair, replacement and return warranty of
automobile through commercial insurance, additional information shall be
attached to list the insurance information of repair, replacement and return
warranty of automobile (see Table A.6). It shall at least include the name of the
insurance company, customer service phone number, and policy number
information.
