4.1 Product classification
According to the content of tin dioxide, the use of industrial grade SnO2 ≥ 98.00%, electronic grade SnO2 ≥ 99.00%.
4.2 The chemical composition and particle size of tin dioxide should meet the requirements of Table 1.
