1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of acidity of light petroleum products.

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Acidity acidity
The amount of milligrams of potassium hydroxide required to neutralize 100 mL of light petroleum product is expressed in mg/100 mL.
4 Method summary
Ethanol was used to extract the acid from the light petroleum product. Under the condition of the color indicator, the solution was titrated with potassium hydroxide and ethanol standard
