3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Film mulchfilm
Used for crop cultivation covered ground plastic film.
3.2
Plastic Film Residue residualquantityofagriculturalmulchfilm
Soil residues mulch.
4 Plastic Film Residue Limits
To be broadcast Tillage mainland film layer remaining amount limit should not exceed 75.0kg/hm2.
5 measurement method
5.1 Test conditions and measurement
5.1.1 The test shall be subject to the land, after the plastic film to be broadcast to the pick-up process, the area should not be less than 100m × 50m.
5.1.2 Test vegetation, previous crops and cultivation methods determined according to the provisions of GB/T 5262's.
5.2 test area to determine the location and measuring point
5.2.1 Test to the length and width along the direction of the center line, which is divided into four of the randomly selected two diagonal measurements as two zones, each zone is a measure
sample.
5.2.2 measuring point 5-point method, from the measured area four diagonal diagonally were randomly determined 4 in 1/4 to 1/8 diagonal length
Position of the measuring points, plus the intersection of the diagonal as measuring the residual amount of mulch five measurement points.
5.3 determine the size of the measuring point
Each measuring point of the selected area 1m × 1m depth of tillage depth (usually 25cm ~ 30cm).
5.4 Determination of Residual Plastic Film
Length of the two long sides of the survey area five measuring points tillage layer are larger than 2cm residual film fish out, washed with water, place the shade
Cool place to dry, and then use the weighing scales (accuracy not less than 0.01g), according to equation (1) calculate the amount of residual film.
