Foreword
GB/T 12763 "Marine Survey Code" is divided into 11 parts:
---Part 1: General Provisions;
---Part 2: Marine Hydrological Observation;
---Part 3: Marine meteorological observation;
---Part 4: Investigation of seawater chemical elements;
---Part 5: Investigation of ocean sound and light elements;
---Part 6: Marine Biological Survey;
---Part 7: Ocean Survey Data Exchange;
---Part 8: Marine Geology and Geophysical Investigation;
---Part 9: Marine ecological survey guide;
---Part 10: Survey of seabed topography;
---Part 11: Marine Engineering Geological Survey:
This part is Part 3 of GB/T 12763:
This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1:1-2009:
This part replaces GB/T 12763:3-2007 "Marine Survey Specification Part 3: Marine Meteorological Observation":
Compared with GB/T 12763:3-2007, the main changes in this part are as follows:
---In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2009, the format of this section has been modified;
---The definitions of relative humidity, air-sea flux, net radiation, and survey ship have been added to the terms and definitions (see 3:3, 3:14, 3:15, 3:16);
---Visibility observation, adding "Automatic instrument observation of sea visibility" (see 5:3);
--- For cloud observation, the "measurement of cloud height with instruments when available" is added (see 6:3);
---Added "Gradient Observation of Basic Elements of Marine Meteorology" and stipulated the installation and observation method of the gradient observation system (see Chapter 12);
--- "Sampling at least once every 2s" is changed to "Sampling at least once every 1s" (see 13:2:7, 12:2:7 of the:2007 edition);
---The type of balloon is increased by:200g, and the rising speed is changed to about 300m/min (see 13:3:1, 12:3:1 of the:2007 edition);
--- Increase the wind speed and direction re-measurement standard from 3000m to 5500m (see 14:3:3, 13:3:3 in:2007 edition);
---Added "Observation of Air-Sea Flux" and "Observation of Net Radiation", stipulating observation elements, technical indicators, installation methods and calculation methods
