Personal protective equipment, also known as labor protection equipment, is the "last line of defense" to protect the lives and safety of hundreds of millions of workers.
Wearing and using personal protective equipment is an important means to ensure safe production and emergency management in my country.
The standard for the provision of protective equipment is to combine Article 45 of the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Management Standards for Labor Protection Articles of Employers"
GB 39800 "Specifications for the Provision of Personal Protective Equipment" aims to establish the provisions and management of personal protective equipment for employers.
It is planned to consist of the following 12 parts.
--- Part 1.General. The purpose is to establish the overall requirements for the provision of personal protective equipment by employers, including the principles of provision,

This document applies to the provision and management of personal protective equipment by employers in the subway operation industry.
This document does not apply to the provision and management of personal protective equipment for firefighting by employers in the subway operating industry.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 39800.1 apply to this document.
4 General Requirements
The principles, management and procedures for the provision of personal protective equipment shall be implemented in accordance with GB 39800.1.
5 Identification and assessment of hazards
Employers should combine the characteristics of safety production in the subway operation industry and follow the requirements of GB 39800.1 to determine the safety risks that may occur during the production process.
Employers can identify and assess the hazard factors of the work according to the job categories listed in Table 1 or refer to the job types listed in Appendix A.
Identify the hazard factors and conduct hazard assessment on the identified hazard factors, which will serve as the basis for selecting appropriate personal protective equipment.
