Introduction

Personal protective equipment, also known as labor protection equipment, is the "last line of defense" to protect the lives and safety of hundreds of millions of workers. Wearing and using personal protective equipment is an important means to ensure safe production and emergency management in my country. 1 Scope

4 General requirements

The principles, management and procedures for the provision of personal protective equipment shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB 39800.1-2020.

5 Identification and assessment of hazard factors

Employers should combine the characteristics of production safety in the automotive industry and implement safety management in their production processes in accordance with the requirements of 4.2 of GB 39800.1-2020. The employer may identify and assess the hazards that may be involved in the work according to the work categories listed in Table 1, or refer to Appendix A. Identify the hazard factors for the listed jobs, conduct hazard assessment on the identified hazard factors, and use this as a basis for selecting appropriate personal protective equipment.
