Foreword
This standard replaces GB 6776-2006 "food additive iso-amyl acetate."
This standard compared with GB 6776-2006, the main changes are as follows.
--- Aroma from "having a banana, pear-like aroma" to "fruit, pears, banana-like aroma";
--- Isoamyl acetate content of the test method by the packed column gas chromatography to capillary gas chromatography;
--- Delete the words "heavy metal content" and "Arsenic content" requirement.
