1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging,
transportation and storage of nonwoven shopping bags.
This standard is applicable to shopping bags made primarily of nonwoven fabrics and their
composite materials.

3 Requirements
3.1 Labeling
3.1.1 Labeling content
The labeling content on shopping bags shall include main raw materials, specifications,
maximum load capacity, serial No. of the Standard, and manufacturer. The type and name of
the raw materials shall be expressed in accordance with GB/T 4146.1.
3.1.2 Maximum load capacity
The nonwoven shopping bags shall be clearly labeled with the maximum load capacity, accurate
to the nearest kilogram (kg).

The nonwoven shopping bags must indicate the dimensions of the main body (excluding the
