This standard applies to domestic gas cooking appliances, that use town gas, AND domestic gas-electric combined stoves, that use town gas and electric energy, including. a) A gas stove, which has a single burner's nominal heat input of ≤ 5.23 kW; b) Gas ovens and gas roasters, which have a nominal heat input of ≤ 5.82 kW; c) Freestanding gas cookers and independent hotplate and grills, whose nominal heat input meets the requirements of a) and b); d) Gas-fired rice cooker, which has a maximum rice volume for each stew ≤ 4 L AND a nominal heat input ≤ 4.19 kW; e) Gas-electric combined stoves, whose nominal heat input meets the requirements of a), b), d), AND whose total rated input power of electricity is ≤ 5.00 kW; f) The integration cooking appliance, whose nominal heat input meets the requirements of a) and e); g) Domestic outdoor gas barbecues (hereinafter referred to as gas barbecues), which is gas-supplied by a liquefied petroleum gas cylinder, with a charge of not more than 15 kg, AND has a total heat input of not greater than 35 kW.2 Normative referencesThe following documents are essential to the application of this document. Gas cooking appliances are hereinafter referred to as cooking appliances. 4.2 The method of preparing the model of cooking appliances5 Requirements5.1 Basic design parameters 5.1.1 Refer to Table 1 for the nominal gas pressure in front of the stove. 5.1.2 Stoves using AC power supply. power supply conditions. single-phase rated voltage ≤ 250 V. 5.2 Performance 5.2.1 Air tightness The air tightness of stoves shall meet the following requirements. a) From the gas inlet to the gas valve, at a pressure of 4.2 kPa, the gas leakage is ≤ 0.07 L/h; b) For the automatic control valve, at a pressure of 4.2 kPa, the gas leakage is ≤ 0.55 L/h; c) When using the 0-1 gas to ignite from the gas inlet to the burner's fire hole, there is no leakage. 5.2.2 Heat input The heat input of stoves shall meet. 5.2.3 Combustion conditions The Combustion conditions of stoves shall meet the requirements of Table 2. 5.2.4 Temperature rise The temperature rise shall not exceed the value, which is shown in Table 3. 5.2.5 Maximum pressure rise of gas cylinder The maximum pressure rise in the gas cylinder shall meet the requirements of Table 4. 5.2.6 Resistance to thermal shock 5.2.6.1 The oven door and the observation window glass of the gas barbecue shall not be cracked, due to thermal shock. 5.2.6.2 The resistance to thermal shock of the tempered glass of the stove surface shall meet the requirements of CJ/T 157-2017. 5.2.6.3 The resistance to thermal shock of ceramic panels shall meet the requirements of CJ/T 305-2009. 5.2.6.4 The panel of non-metallic materials shall not splash after being broken, due to thermal shock. 5.2.7 Resistance to gravity shock 5.2.8 Safety device 5.3 Structure 5.3.1 General requirements of structure 5.3.1.1 The parts and components of stoves shall be safe and durable. They shall not be damaged or deformed in normal operation. 5.3.1.2 The stoves shall have sufficient stability during normal use. There shall be no sliding or tipping. 5.3.1.3 When the overall structure of the stove is tilted 15° in any direction, it will not tip over; the parts will not fall off. 5.3.1.4 The burners of stoves (excluding products for outdoor use, such as gas barbecues) shall be equipped with not less than two independent gas valves, as shown in Figure 1. a) In series connection b) Combination of series and parallel connections 5.3.1.9 For all types of stoves (excluding products for outdoor use, such as gas ovens), each burner shall be equipped with a flameout protection device. 5.3.1.10 When the knob is grasped in normal use, it shall be impossible for the operator's hand to touch those parts, with excessive temperature rise. 5.3.1.11 Asbestos shall not be used in the structure of stoves. 5.3.1.12 When the stove with a cover plate is in use, the cover plate shall not fall by itself. When the angle between the cover plate and the stove surface is less than 60°, the gas path shall be closed AND shall not be opened by itself. 5.3.2 Stove structure Use non-metallic materials for the panel. When the panel is broken, it shall meet the following requirements. a) The fragments must not splash; b) The cooking utensils do not topple over. 5.3.3 Roaster structure When placing a container on the vent of the roaster, it must not affect the exhaust of the flue gas. When the container cannot be placed, it shall be marked with text, where it is easy to see. 5.3.4 Oven structure 5.3.5 Rice cooker structure Boiled water cannot be poured on the automatic flameout device of the rice cooker. The automatic flameout device shall not overheat. 5.3.6 Structure of oven stove6 Test method6.1 Laboratory conditions 6.1.1 The room temperature is 20 °C ± 5 °C. The fluctuation of the room temperature during each test shall be less than 5 °C. Method for determining room temperature.
