1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification of gallium waste, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and Order
Manifest (or contract) content.
This standard applies to the use of non-ferrous metal gallium-containing waste.

Gallium alloy scrap
Including processing waste containing gallium alloy, gallium-containing solder wastes.
Level 1: gallium alloy scrap from the same type of composition, Ga≥30.0%, no other inclusions;
Level 2: gallium alloy scrap from the same type of composition, 10.0% ≤Ga <30.0%, no other folders
Debris;
Level 3: gallium alloy scrap from the same type of composition, Ga <10.0%, no other inclusions;
Level 4: gallium alloy composed of different types of waste
Ⅱ class: gallium-containing semiconductor gallium-containing waste scrap semiconductor
Including gallium arsenide, gallium nitride, gallium phosphide, gallium arsenide phosphide, gallium aluminum arsenide, indium gallium nitride, aluminum gallium nitride
