Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces YS/T 724-2009 "Silicon Fume". Compared with YS/T 724-2009, this standard mainly has the following changes.
--- Added GB/T 1480, GB/T 6284, GB/T 14849.5, GB/T 14849.6,
GB/T 22555-2010, SEMIPV64-0715;
---Modified the way of expressing the specifications of silicon powder and increased the types of specifications;
---Increase the requirements of silicon powder carbon content, moisture, and acid insoluble matter;
---The content requirements of iron, aluminum, calcium, boron, and phosphorus have been revised;
--- Deleted the requirements of silicon powder for silicon content and total impurity content;
---Modified the requirements for the particle size of silicon powder;
---Removed the requirement for batch weight;
---Modified the judgment of inspection results;
---Added Appendix A;
---Added Appendix B.
