1 scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation and storage of cerium ammonium nitrate. This standard applies to cerium ammonium nitrate prepared by chemical methods using pure cerium compound products as raw materials. Mainly used as a thin film transistor backlight Etchant, used in the electronics industry.
