1 Scope
This standard specifies the disinfectant kill Mycobacterium test reagents and equipment, bacterial suspension and bacterial preparation, quantitative test and evaluation of kill
method.
This standard applies to evaluate the effectiveness of various disinfectants on the disinfection of mycobacteria.
This standard does not apply to evaluate the clinical use of therapeutic drugs to kill mycobacterium.

4 Reagents and Instruments
4.1 Test strains
Mycobacterium cheloneree abscess subspecies CMCC (B) 93326 (ATCC19977).
4.2 Medium
4.2.1 Mycobacterium drying medium.

4.2.3 Sutong comprehensive medium (see Appendix A).
