1 Scope

This document specifies the quantitative detection method of genetically modified strains specific to imported and exported soybeans by digital PCR (dPCR). This document is applicable to the quantitative detection of genetically modified components in soybean seeds and leaves. See Appendix A for the detection limits of this document.

7 Judgment and expression of results

Refer to SN/T 5334.1 for the calculation method of the results.
