1 Scope
This standard specifies the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of lead in high-salt foods.
This standard applies to seasonings such as salt, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate; pickled or salted vegetables and meats such as pickles, ham and salted casings;
Detection of lead in high salt environmental samples such as seawater.

4.1 Nitric acid. excellent grade pure.
4.2 Hydrogen peroxide (30%).
4.3 Perchloric acid. excellent grade pure.
4.4 Sodium hydroxide. excellent grade.
4.5 Acetic acid. excellent grade pure.
4.6 Ammonium acetate. excellent grade pure.
4.7 Sodium acetate. excellent grade.
4.8 Sodium acetate buffer (2mol/L). Weigh 164.0g of sodium acetate (4.7), dissolve in water, adjust pH 6.5 with acetic acid (4.5), and make up to volume

4.9 Ammonium acetate solution (0.5mol/L). Weigh 38.5g of ammonium acetate (4.6), dissolve in water, and dilute to 1000mL.
4.10 Nitric acid (1.0%). Add 10.0 mL of nitric acid (4.1) to 100 mL of water and dilute to 1000 mL.
4.11 Mixed acid. nitric acid perchloric acid (4 1). Mix 4 parts of nitric acid (4.1) with 1 part of perchloric acid (4.3).
4.12 Lead standard stock solution. 1000mg/L.
4.13 Lead standard use solution. Take 1.0mL of lead standard stock solution in a 100mL volumetric flask each time, add nitric acid (4.10) to the mark. in this way
