3 Principle of the method
Ultrasonic extraction of fluorine and chlorine in the sample, the extract was determined by ion chromatography. The retention time is qualitative and the external standard method is used for quantification.
4 reagents and materials
4.1 Water. GB/T 6682, first grade water.
4.2 Fluorine standard solution. The concentration is 1000 μg/mL.
4.3 Chlorine standard solution. The concentration is 1000μg/mL.
4.4 Standard working solution. accurately remove the fluorine standard solution (4.2) 1.0mL and the chlorine standard solution (4.3) 10.0mL, and put it in 100mL plastic
In a volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water and mix for later use. The solution had a fluoride ion concentration of 10 μg/mL and a chloride ion concentration of 100 μg/mL.
4.5 Syringe. 2mL.
4.6 Water phase membrane. 0.22 μm pore size.
