1 Scope
This standard specifies the toy material N-nitrosamines and nitrosatable material migration GC-MS measurement method.
This standard applies to latex, rubber and other elastomeric toys N-nitrosamines and nitrosamines migration.

3 principle
The sample was extracted with artificial saliva and the solution was purified by solid-phase extraction. The sample was analyzed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS /
MS) and quantitative and external standard methods using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM).
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are of analytical grade, water GB/T 6682 provisions of a water.
4.1 Sodium bicarbonate.
4.2 Sodium chloride.
4.3 Potassium carbonate.
4.4 sodium nitrite.
4.5 methanol. Chromatographic purity.
4.6 Ethyl acetate. Chromatographic purity.
4.7 anhydrous sodium sulfate.
4.8 N-nitrosamine standards Purity greater than 95%, see Appendix A.
4.9 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution.
4.10 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution.
4.11 artificial saliva 4.2g sodium bicarbonate (4.1), 0.5g sodium chloride (4.2), 0.2g potassium carbonate (4.3), 30mg sodium nitrite
(4.4), dissolved in 900 mL of water. Adjust with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution (4.9) or 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution (4.10)
The pH was 9.0 and the volume was 1L with water. Artificial saliva daily use now to ensure nitrite concentration.
