1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for determination of pesticide residues in ethephon, thidiazepine and diuron in imported and exported cotton.
This standard applies to the quantitative determination and confirmation of the residues of ethephon, thidiazepine and diuron in cotton.

3 Principle
The sample was extracted with methanol-water shaking, and determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water used was primary water in accordance with GB/T 6682.
4.1 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.
4.2 Sodium hydroxide.
4.3 5mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 100g sodium hydroxide, add water solution and dilute to 500mL.
4.4 Methanol-water (6 4, volume ratio, pH=8). Measure 300 mL of methanol and.200 mL of water, mix and dissolve with 5 mol/L sodium hydroxide.
The liquid was adjusted to pH=8.
4.5 Ethephon, Thiabendron and Diuron Standards. Purity greater than or equal to 99%, see Appendix A.
4.6 Standard stock solution. accurately weigh the appropriate amount of standard (4.5), and use methanol to make a standard stock solution of 1.0mg/mL.
Stored in the refrigerator at -18 °C, valid for 3 months.
4.7 Mixed standard intermediate solution. Take the appropriate amount of the above standard stock solution (4.6), and prepare a mixed standard solution of 10 μg/mL with methanol.
Store in -18 ° C refrigerator, valid for 1 month.
4.8 Standard working solution. Draw an appropriate amount of mixed standard intermediate solution (4.7) with methanol-water (6 4, volume ratio; use 5 mol/L hydr
