1 Scope
This standard specifies liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry for the determination of nicotine pesticide residues in cotton for import and export.
This standard applies to the quantitative measurement of dinotefuran, nitenpyram, thiamethoxam, clothianidin, imidacloprid, acetamiprid and thiamethacin residues in cotton

GB/T 6682 Analysis Laboratory Water Specifications and Test Methods
3 Principle
The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and the extract was concentrated. The liquid was extracted by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and confirmed by internal standard or external standard method.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, and the water used was a grade one water according to GB/T 6682.
4.1 Acetonitrile. chromatographic purity.
4.2 Formic acid. chromatographic purity.
4.3 0.15% formic acid solution. Measure 1.5 mL formic acid, and add water to 1L.
4.4 Dinotefuran, nitenpyram, thiamethoxam, clothianidin, imidacloprid, acetamiprid, thiacloprid standards. purity ≥ 97.5%, see Appendix A.
4.5 Imidacloprid-D4 Standard. Purity greater than or equal to 97.5%.
4.6 Standard stock solution. Accurately weigh the appropriate standard product (4.4) and prepare a standard stock solution of 1.0 mg/mL with acetonitrile.
0 °C ~ 4 °C refrigerator storage, valid for 6 months.
4.7 Imidacloprid-D4 standard stock solution. Accurately weigh the appropriate amount of standard product (4.5) and prepare a standard stock solution of 1.0 mg/mL with acetonitrile.
Store in dark at 0°C~4°C, valid for 6 months.
4.8 Mix standard intermediate solution. Take the appropriate amount of the above standard stock solution (4.6), and use acetonitrile to prepare a mixed standard solution of 10 μg/mL.
0 °C ~ 4 °C refrigerator storage, valid for 3 months.
4.9 Standard working solution. Pipette an appropriate amount of the mixed standard intermediate solution and prepare a blank sample matrix to a concentration of 0 μg/L.
2.5 μg/L, 5.0 μg/L, 10 μg/L, and 20 μg/L standard working solutions were prepared before use.
4.10 Microporous membrane. 0.22 μm, organic phase type.
