1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of 20 phthalate plasticizers in food simulants.
This standard applies to water, 3% acetic acid solution, 10% ethanol solution, 20% ethanol solution, 50% ethanol solution and olive oil 6 kinds of food mold

3 Method summary
Five water-based bases of water, 3% acetic acid solution, 10% ethanol solution, 20% ethanol solution and 50% ethanol solution soaked in polymer material
The soaking solution of the food simulant was directly determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. Olive oil soaking solution is extracted with acetonitrile and then used in liquid phase

4 reagents and materials
All reagents were of analytical grade unless otherwise stated, and the water was primary water in accordance with GB/T 6682.
4.1 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.
4.2 Anhydrous ethanol.
4.3 Formic acid. chromatographically pure.
4.4 Acetonitrile. Chromatographically pure.
4.5 Glacial acetic acid.
4.6 Ammonium acetate.
4.7 20 kinds of phthalate plasticizer standards (see Table A.1 in Appendix A), purity ≥98%.
4.8 Food simulants, including aqueous simulants and oily mimics.
a) distilled water;
b) 3% acetic acid solution. weigh 30.0g glacial acetic acid (4.5) dissolved in water, and make up to 1000mL;
c) 10% ethanol solution. measure 100 mL of absolute ethanol (4.2), add 900 mL of water and mix well;
d) 20% ethanol solution. measure.200 mL of absolute ethanol (4.2), add 800 mL of water and mix well;
