1 Scope
This standard specifies high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of thiabendazole residues in food.
This standard applies to the determination of the residual amount of thiabendazole in pork, pig liver, fat, egg, milk, honey, apple, Chinese cabbage and tea.

3 method summary
Animal-derived samples and tea leaves were extracted with acetonitrile. Plant-derived samples were extracted with 1% acetic acid acetonitrile, centrifuged, and degreased with n-hexane.
Purification by C18 solid phase extraction column, filtration membrane and determination by high performance liquid chromatography, external standard method for quantification.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, analytically pure reagents are used, and the water is the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Acetonitrile. liquid chromatography grade.
4.2 Methanol. liquid chromatography grade.
4.3 Ethyl acetate. liquid chromatography grade.
4.4 Hexane. Liquid chromatographic grade.
4.5 Acetic acid.
4.6 Sodium chloride.
4.7 anhydrous sodium sulfate. burned at 650 ° C for 4 h before use, stored in a desiccator, cooled and set aside.
4.8 Acetonitrile saturated n-hexane solution. Take 100 mL of n-hexane, add 10 mL of acetonitrile, shake well, and let stand for use.
4.9 acetic acid acetonitrile solution (990 10, volume ratio). Take 990mL acetonitrile, add 10mL acetic acid, shake and set aside.
4.10 Acetonitrile aqueous solution (30 70, volume ratio). Take 300 mL of acetonitrile, add 700 mL of water, shake and set aside.
4.11 Standard. Thidiazuron (Molecular Formula C9H8N3OS, CAS No. 51707-55-2), purity greater than or equal to 98%.
4.12 Standard stock solution. Weigh benzophenone 0.0100g and dissolve it in methanol and transfer to a 100mL volumetric flask. Dilute to volume, shake well, and mix
100 μg/mL standard stock solution is ready for use.
4.13 Standard working solution. In actual use, the standard solution is diluted with methanol to the standard working solution of the applicable concentration as needed.
