1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the determination of the residues of valnemulin and tiamulin in animal-derived foods.
This standard applies to the quantitative determination and characterization of the residues of valnemulin and tiamulin in animal muscle tissue, liver, fish, egg and milk.

3 Method summary
The residues of valnemulin and tiamulin in the sample were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by MCXSPE cartridge, separated by C18 column, and electrosprayed.
The ion source (ESI) positive ion scanning method was performed in a multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode and quantified by an external standard method.
4 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used are of excellent grade and the water is the first grade water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.
4.2 Acetonitrile. chromatographically pure.
4.3 Formic acid.
4.4 n-hexane.
4.5 Ammonia. 25%.
4.6 Sodium chloride.
4.7 anhydrous sodium sulfate. 650 ° C burning for 4h, cooled to room temperature in a desiccator, stored in a sealed bottle for use.
4.8 Formic acid-water (1 19, by volume). Take 5 mL of formic acid (4.3) to a volume of 100 mL with water.
