1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of residues of methyl arsenate and dimethyl phthalic acid in foods by liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

3 Method summary
Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was used as a solvent to ultrasonically extract methyl arsenate and diterpene citric acid from foods. After centrifugation, the supernatant was taken and passed through a microporous membrane.
After filtration, it was determined by liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.
4 Reagents and materials
All reagents are of analytical grade unless otherwise stated. Water is a grade of water that complies with GB/T 6682.
4.1 Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
4.2 Extract. 15 mmol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. Accurately weigh 1.725 g of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate. Dissolve in water and make up to 1 L.
4.3 mobile phase. 10mmol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, accurately weighed 1.150g ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, dissolved with about 500mL water, adjusted with dilute ammonia
pH to 6.0 and set the volume to 1L.
4.4 methyl arsenate standard. methyl arsenate or sodium arsenate, purity ≥98%. When using sodium methyl arsenate, methyl arsenate should be used
Conversion.
4.5 Dimicinic acid standard. Dimethicone or sodium dimethyl phthalate, purity ≥98%. When using dimethyl decanoate, it should be used twice

4.6 Methyl arsenate and dimethicone mixed standard stock solution. Weigh the appropriate amount of methyl arsenate and diterpene citrate standard products, water
