SN/T 4120 "Export Food Contact Products Tableware and Tableware Concave Utensils" includes the following two parts. --- Part 1. Requirements for preparing tableware; --- Part 2. 1 Scope

This part of the SN/T 4120 specifies the materials, performance requirements and testing methods for the tableware. This section applies to appliances for the preparation of food and for the provision of meals. This section divides the prepared tableware into two levels. --- Ordinary preparation tableware blade or fork corrosion resistance can withstand the cleaning process of the dishwasher. --- Special preparation tableware blade corrosion resistance can withstand dishwasher cleaning and disinfection process.
