3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 stipulated.
4.1 azodicarbonamide (C2H4N4O2, CAS number. 123-77-3). purity of greater than 99.0% (mass fraction).
4.2 acetic acid.
4.3 ethanol.
4.4 olive oil.
4.5 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.6 N, N- dimethylformamide (hereinafter DMF).
4.7 3% (mass fraction) acetic acid solution. Weigh 30g (accurate to 0.1g) in glacial acetic acid (4.2) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.8 10% (by volume) ethanol. Measure 100mL anhydrous ethanol (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume.
Azodicarbonamide stock standard solution (1.0mg/mL) 4.9 water-based food simulants used. Weigh accurately azodicarbonamide standard
Product (4.1) 0.1g in 100mL flask, accurate to 0.0001g, with DMF (4.6) to the mark at 0 ~ 4 ℃ sealed from light protection
