1 Scope

This standard provides the food for export stevioside, stevia glycosides double glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhetinic acid detection methods. This standard applies to exports of beverages, condiments, pastries, pickled vegetables, canned meat, preserves, candy stevioside, stevia glycosides double, Licorice Acid, glycyrrhetinic acid determination.

English name glycyrrhetinicacid, molecular formula C30H46O4, CAS No. 471-53-4, Molecular weight 470.7). Purity ≥97%. 4.9 standard stock solution. Weigh 25.0mg stevioside, stevia double glycosides, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid standard with methanol (4.3) and dilute to 25.0mL, concentration of 1.00mg/mL, stored at 0 ℃ in the storage period of six months.
