5 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
5.1 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
5.2 Methanol. HPLC grade.
5.3 N, N- dimethylformamide.
5.4 hydrochloric acid.
5.5 25% aqueous ammonia.
5.6 acid. HPLC grade (purity ≥98%).
5.7 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. Pipette 8.3mL hydrochloric acid (5.4) to 1000mL volumetric flask, add water to the mark, shake spare.
5.8 20% methanol solution. Pipette 20mL of methanol (5.2) to 100mL volumetric flask, add water to the mark, shake spare.
5.9 ammonia - methanol solution (19). lessons 10mL25% aqueous ammonia (5.5) and 90mL of methanol (5.2) and mixed.
