Fixed, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and confirmed, external standard.
4 reagent material
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations. The method uses the reagent material
as follows.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 dichloromethane. chromatography.
4.3 ammonium acetate.
4.4 ammonia, NH3 content of 25%.
4.5 10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.770g ammonium acetate (4.3), dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
4.6 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.385g ammonium acetate (4.3), dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
4.7 5% ammoniated methanol. Take 5mL ammonia (4.4) with methanol (4.1) and dilute to 100mL.
Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate 4.8 Standard Substance. CAS No. 25155-30-0, purity of greater than or equal to 80%, of C10 ~ C13 straight chain alkyl group, etc.
A mixture of benzene sulfonate.
4.9 Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount (actual content conversion) of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate Standards
(4.8) with methanol (4.1) formulated at a concentration of 1000mg/L of standard stock solution.
4.10 sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate standard working solution. Imbibe standard stock solution (4.9), stepwise diluted with methanol (4.1) to prepare a series
Suitable concentrations of standard working solution.
4.11 neutral alumina SPE. 1g, 6mL, or equivalent person.
