4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 Triclosan Standard. purity of greater than 99.0% (CAS number. 108-78-01).
4.3 Triclosan standard stock solution. accurately weighed 100mg (accurate to 0.1mg) Triclosan standard (4.2) in
100mL volumetric flask, dissolved in methanol (4.1) and dilute to the mark, formulated at a concentration of 1000mg/L of standard stock solution.
4.4 filter. 0.45μm, organic phase.
5. Apparatus
5.1 High performance liquid chromatograph. with UV detector or diode array detector.
