3 Biosecurity
In order to protect the safety of laboratory personnel should be carefully carried out experimental operation and waste disposal, and in accordance with the provisions of GB 19489.

5 Detection
5.1 Equipment
5.1.1 incubator.
5.1.2 scales (the minimum amount of sense 0.01g).
5.1.3 Micro adjustable pipette (10μL, 100μL, 1000μL).
5.1.4 pH meter.
5.2 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade standard. Experiment with distilled water for the third grade GB/T 6682 regulations.
5.2.1 80% ethanol.
5.2.2 1% gold chloride acid (AuCl3 · HCl · 4H2O).
5.2.3 1% sodium citrate solution.
5.2.4 1% tannic acid.
5.2.5 25mmol/LK2CO3 solution (preparation see Appendix B).
5.2.6 2% PEG20000 solution.
