1 Scope

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 microcystin detection kit (see Appendix A).
4.2 methanol.
4.3 Sodium hydroxide (NaOH).
4.4 Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO3 · 12H2O).
4.5 extract. 70% aqueous methanol.
4.6 Eluent. 20% methanol aqueous solution.
4.7 Sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh sodium hydroxide (4.3) 0.4g, dissolved in water and dilute to 100mL.
4.8 phosphate buffer solution. Weigh disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO3 · 12H2O) (4.4) 34g, dissolved in water and dilute to 1L, hydroxide
Sodium hydroxide solution (4.7) adjusted to pH 8.0.
4.9 microcystin standards. purity greater than or equal to 95%.
4.10 microcystin standard stock solution. methanol as solvent formulated as a stock solution of 100μg/L, and stored at -20 ℃ condition.
4.11 SPE. SEP-PAKCLASSICC18 (or equivalent).
5. Apparatus
