Imported and exported food tebufenpyrad Residue Detection
Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatographic sample preparation in food tebufenpyrad residues and - mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to spinach, lotus root, strawberries, peanuts, chicken, pork, cod, honey, chestnut and tea tebufenpyrad residues detection and
Confirmed.
2 Method summary
Tebufenpyrad sample was extracted with acetonitrile, liquid-liquid partition and magnesium silicate by solid-phase extraction (SPE), gas chromatography - mass spectroscopy electron bombardment source
Fixed, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water.
3.1 acetone. residual level.
3.2 acetonitrile. residual level.
3.3 hexane. Residual level.
3.4 n-hexane saturated acetonitrile. n-hexane to take 100mL, 100mL of acetonitrile in a separating funnel, Shakers, take the upper stand.
3.5 acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. Take 100mL n-hexane, acetonitrile in 100mL separating funnel, Shakers, take the upper stand.
3.6 Sodium chloride. 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in the dryer to cool and set aside.
3.7 acetone - n-hexane (37 volume). Take 300mL acetone, n-hexane was added 700mL, shake spare.
3.8 Standard substance tebufenpyrad (Tebufenpyrad, CAS number. 119168-77-3 suppliers. C18H24ClNO). purity of greater than or equal to
98.5%.
3.9 tebufenpyrad standard solution. Accurately weighed amount of standard product was dissolved in acetone and formulated a concentration of 1.0mg/mL standard stock solution.
Then diluted to a standard working solution does not contain an appropriate concentration of the desired tebufenpyrad blank sample solution. Stored at -18 ℃ refrigerator.
