1 Scope

2 Method summary

3 Reagents and materials

Imbibe 0.25mL acid (3.7) and weighed 0.386g ammonium acetate (3.8) in 1L flask, dissolved in water and diluted to volume to 1L. 3.10 pyriproxyfen standards (Pyriproxyfen, C20H19NO3, CAS Number. 95737-68-1). purity of greater than 99%. 3.11 pyriproxyfen stock standard solution. Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of pyriproxyfen standards, dissolved in acetonitrile and diluted formulated to 100μg/mL standard Quasi stock solution below 4 ℃. 3.12 pyriproxyfen standard working solution. if necessary, diluted with 10% acetonitrile in water to the appropriate concentration of the standard working solution, the following 4 ℃. 3.13 microporous membrane. 0.2μm, the organic phase type. 3.14 stopper polypropylene centrifuge tube. 2mL and 50mL.
