2 Method summary
Acaricide residues in the sample with hexane acetone (11, volume ratio) mixed solvent extraction with florisil column purification, gas chromatography
Spectrum - mass spectrometry - negative chemical ionization measurement, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water is distilled or deionized water.
