5 Reagents and materials
Except where noted, water is a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
5.1 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
5.2 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
Ammonium acetate 5.3. HPLC grade.
5.4 Methanol - water (30 + 70, volume ratio) solution. Measure 30mL of methanol and 70mL of water.
5.5 10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.77g ammonium acetate (5.3), dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
Acetonitrile 5.6 -10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution (70 + 30, by volume). Measure 70mL of acetonitrile and 30mL10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution
Solution (5.5) and mixed.
