1 Scope
This standard specifies the flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of gold content in copper concentrate imports.
This standard applies to the determination of gold in copper concentrates. Measuring range. 0.2g/t ~ 50g/t.

Principle 3
After removing a portion of the sample temperature calcination carbon, sulfur and other impurities, decomposition with aqua regia, the gold into anions through an anion exchange column

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical grade reagents and distilled water.
4.1 sodium chloride.
4.2 metal gold (Au≥99.99%).
4.3 hydrochloride (1.19g/mL).
4.4 nitrate (1.42g/mL).
4.5 Hydrofluoric acid (1.15g/mL).
4.6 Ethanol (95%).
4.7 aqua regia. the 3 parts of hydrochloric acid (4.3) and one part nitric acid (4.4) were mixed with a preparation time.
4.8 with dilute hydrochloric acid (1 + 9).
4.9 sodium chloride solution (100g/L). Weigh 10g of sodium chloride (4.1), dissolved in water and made up to 100mL.
4.10 gold standard stock solution. Weigh 0.1000g metallic gold (4.2) in 50mL beaker, add 5mL aqua regia (4.7), cover the surface of the dish
Heated to dissolve completely. Rinse and remove the surface of the dish, add 0.1g sodium chloride (4.1), evaporated to near dryness. Cooled and transferred with dilute hydrochloric acid (4.8) and fixed
Volume to 100mL brown volumetric flask.
4.11 gold standard working solution (100μg/mL). Pipette gold standard stock solution (4.10) 10mL to 100mL volumetric flask, dilute salt
Acid (4.8) diluted to the mark, and mix.
4.12 anion exchange resin.201 × 7 strong base styrene anion exchange resin (60 mesh to 80 mesh), with ethanol before use
(4.6) three times, then washed three times with water.
5. Apparatus
5.1 Flame atomic absorption spectrometer, with gold hollow cathode lamp. Instrument conditions see Appendix A.
5.2 Analytical balance, precision 0.0001g.
