3 Reagents
3.1 30% acrylamide
Take 29g of acrylamide and 1gN, N'- methylene-bis-acrylamide were dissolved in 60mL water, heated to dissolve 37 ℃, add water to make a final body

3.4 10% ammonium persulfate stock solution

3.7 staining solution
