1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatographic determination of the average molecular weight of liquefied petroleum gas.
This standard applies to the determination of LPG C5 or less an average molecular weight hydrocarbons.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

8.1.1 Column. Alumina/KCl50m × 0.53mm (. I.d) or equivalent person. Column flow. 3mL/min; Column temperature. initial temperature of 50 ℃
Holding 5min, with a heating rate of 10 ℃/min heating to 150 ℃, maintained 1min.
8.1.2 Inlet. temperature 180 ℃, split ratio 50.1.
8.1.3 Detector. Hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), a temperature of 220 ℃.
8.1.4 Sampling methods. six-way valve gas autosampler injection volume of 0.5mL.
