4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade. The water used in line with GB/T 6682 provided a water.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC grade.
4.2 acetone. HPLC grade.
4.3 formic acid. 88%.
Ammonium acetate 4.4. HPLC grade.
4.5 ammonium acetate solution. 5mmol/L.
4.6 phenoxy acid pesticide standards. purity ≥98%, see Appendix A.
4.7 standard stock solution. namely, accurately weighed amount of each pesticide standards phenoxy acid with methanol were formulated into mass concentration
100μg/mL standard stock solution.
4.8 negative sample extracts. phenoxy acids containing no pesticide residues in samples of different substrates prepared in accordance with 6.1 negative sample extract.
4.9 matrix-matched standard solution. A standard stock solution (4.7) diluted with negative sample extract (4.8) needs to be adapted according to the concentration
