3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, reagents were of analytical grade, water is deionized water.
3.1 acetonitrile, HPLC fractions.
3.2 Methanol, HPLC grade.
3.3 ethyl acetate.
3.4 cyclohexane.
3.5 toluene.
3.6 acetonitrile - ethyl acetate (50 + 50, volume ratio). an equal volume of acetonitrile and ethyl acetate solubility.
3.7 acetonitrile - toluene (3 + 1, volume ratio). Take 30mL and 10mL toluene and acetonitrile, mix well.
3.8 ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (50 + 50, volume ratio). an equal volume of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane miscible.
3.9 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution. Take 1mL acid with water to dilute to 1L, and mix.
3.10 Standard. tridemorph (C19H39NO, CAS Number. 81412-43-3) greater than or equal to 98% purity.
