2 Method summary
Sample remaining aldicarb, aldicarb sulfoxide, aldicarb sulfoxide extracted with acetonitrile, the amino SPE cartridge after purification by liquid chromatography - mass

3 Reagents and materials
Except where noted, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
3.1 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
3.2 methanol.
3.3 dichloromethane.
3.4 n-hexane.
3.5 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a desiccator, cool reserve.
3.6 methanol - methylene chloride (99 + 1, volume ratio). amount of 1mL 99mL of methanol and dichloromethane, and mix.
3.7 0.1% formic acid solution. amount of 1mL acid, water volume to 1L spare.
3.8 acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid (10 + 90, by volume). the amount of 10mL of acetonitrile and 90mL0.1% formic acid solution (3,7), and mix.
3.9 aldicarb standards (aldicarb, CAS No. 116-06-3). purity greater than or equal to 98%.
3.10 aldicarb sulfone standards (aldicarb-sulfone, CAS No. 1646-88-4). purity greater than or equal to 98%.
3.11 aldicarb sulfoxide standards (aldicarb-sulfoxide, CAS No. 1646-87-3). purity greater than or equal to 98%.
3.12 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of the above standards were prepared in methanol at a concentration of 100μg/mL standard stock solution,
0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ stored.
