1 Scope
This standard specifies the import and export of pesticides perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry.

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 formic acid. Chromatographic pure.
4.3 diatomite. 80 mesh to 120 mesh.
4.4 PFOS standard (perfluorooctanesulfonicacid, C8HF17O3S, 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,
8- heptadecafluoro octane-1-sulfonate, CAS1763-23-1). 97% or greater purity.
4.5 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of PFOS standards, prepared in methanol stock standard solution 1.0mg/mL, and in
0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator.
4.6 Standard working solution. the preparation of necessary appropriate concentration of standard working solution was diluted with methanol using now.
4.7 SPE. BONDODS-C18,1.0g, 6mL, or equivalent person.
