4.5 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of PFOS standards, prepared in methanol stock standard solution 1.0mg/mL in 0 ℃ ~
4 ℃ refrigerator.
4.6 Standard working solution. the preparation of necessary appropriate concentration of standard working solution was diluted with methanol using now.
4.7 SPE. BONDODS-C18,1.0g, 6mL, or equivalent person.
