1 Scope

3 Method summary
The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, after hexane, and solid phase extraction column purification, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and confirmed by external standard

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 ethyl acetate. chromatography.
4.2 hexane. chromatographically pure.
4.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.4 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.5 ammonium acetate.
4.6 0.1% ammonium acetate. Weigh 1.0g ammonium acetate, dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
4.7 sulfur colistin standard substance (Tiamulin). C28H47NO4S, CASN o. 55297-95-5, purity not less than 98.8%.
4.8 sulfur colistin standard stock solution (1.0mg/mL). Weigh appropriate amount of sulfur colistin standard substance (4.7), with methanol dubbed 1.0mg/mL
Standard stock solution. Stock was placed in -18 ℃ dark storage.
4.9 sulfur colistin standard solution (1.0μg/mL). draw the right amount of sulfur colistin standard stock solution (4.8), paired with methanol
1.0μg/mL of standard working solution. Standard working solution at 4 ℃ dark storage.
4.10 SPE column. WatersoasisHLB column, 500mg, 6mL, or equivalent person.
4.11 microporous membrane. 0.45μm, organic phase.
